These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you as a user of the Schicht25 app and me as the provider. Deviating terms apply only if expressly agreed upon.
You can download and use the app free of charge. Within the app, additional paid features or content may be offered (e.g. in-app purchases or subscriptions).
Prices and content are clearly displayed in the app and in the Google Play Store. Payment is made exclusively via the payment methods stored in the Google Play Store. All prices include statutory VAT (where applicable).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them in time via your account settings in the Google Play Store.
Your right of withdrawal is governed by the rules of the Google Play Store and applicable consumer protection laws. It may expire once the provision of digital content has begun and you have expressly agreed to this.
You agree not to perform any technical manipulations — in particular, not to implement or execute automated scripts, perform reverse engineering, or bypass protection mechanisms.
The app is developed and operated with the utmost care. I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In all other cases, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. I am not liable for data loss that could have been avoided through your own backups.
These exclusions do not apply to breaches of essential contractual obligations, nor to injury to life, body, or health, or in cases of mandatory statutory liability. Essential obligations are those that enable proper contract performance and on which you may reasonably rely.
Your data is processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which you can find in the app and in the Google Play Store.
No personal data is shared by me. If additional advertising providers are used in the future, the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain valid. Note for international users: Mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence may also apply to you.
You manage your subscription via the Google Play Store interface. For more information and assistance, visit the support page in the app.
I strive to ensure uninterrupted availability of the app. However, maintenance, further development, or disruptions may lead to limitations. There is no entitlement to specific features or constant accessibility.
I reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be displayed to you in the app in a timely manner. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms apply to the current app version.
